Nashville, Tenn. — Authorities in Mt. Juliet arrested a man and a woman Friday night who were reportedly wanted out of Nashville, all while they were in the middle of a DoorDash delivery.

The Mt. Juliet Police Department said officers initiated a traffic stop on Friday, May 23, after observing a vehicle traveling 51 mph in a 35 mph zone along Central Pike. The driver, identified only as a 35-year-old Nashville man, was found to have outstanding warrants for felony probation violation and assault. Officials also noted that he was driving without a valid license.

The passenger, a 36-year-old woman also from Nashville, was reportedly wanted for assault as well.
