NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A shooting in North Nashville left one person injured late Tuesday night, according to Metro Police. Authorities responded to the incident on the 1500 block of 9th Avenue North around 11:30 p.m.

Police reported that a male victim suffered a gunshot wound to the ankle and was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. At this time, the victim’s condition has not been disclosed.
