MT. JULIET, Tenn. — Three drivers from Nashville were charged with reckless driving after authorities reported the trio speeding past a police officer on Interstate 40 late Saturday night.

According to the Mt. Juliet Police Department, the drivers—three men in their late teens and early twenties—were traveling in Ford Mustangs and reached speeds of up to 120 miles per hour. The incident occurred shortly after 9 p.m. on May 24.

The three individuals, identified as an 18-year-old and two 21-year-olds, were pulled over and charged for their dangerous driving behavior.
