NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Metro Nashville Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred early Tuesday morning on Anthes Drive.

The incident was reported just after 4 a.m. in the 100 block of Anthes Drive. Authorities responded to the scene and found a victim who had been shot in the thigh. The individual was quickly transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment. According to officials, the victim’s injuries are non-life-threatening.
